Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment.

Shipping

Shipping times typically range from 5–10 business days after processing, depending on your location. Please note that shipping times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods. If tracking information is available for your order, it will be provided once your order has shipped.

Fulfillment

All BRIMI Books are printed and shipped through trusted fulfillment partners to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our books are printed and fulfilled on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery at: robin@brimibooks.com

Include: your order number and a photo of the item. Once reviewed, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

⚠️ Important Notes

We do not accept returns for used items. We do not offer refunds for items that have already been read or used. Requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.
